Simple alt troubleshooting; in the evening rev your engine and see if your headlights dimms and brightens as you change RPM.

You can still have good compression in total but have a low one or two sides. I have seen side seals stick on newly rebuilt engines that caused a misfire at idle but would drive fine. Find a shop with a rotary specific compression tester. That way you can 100% rule out that all of the sides have equal or similar compression.

Do you have under drive pullies on your car? Also you can make sure that all of your grounds are secure. FD3s have bad grounding issues.

Have you done a compression test? Just because you used 2mm seals does not mean much.
