how about making sticky's in the FAQ or how-to section on pretty basic stuff that new people will ask. such as how to find a good rx-7 and check its condition and all that before you buy it. also i feel all those threads that give some usefull info for the new people such as engine upkeep and basic maintance(sp?) should be a sticky so that new people can find it easy. since i have almost no clue about cars right now :P i know more people like me are going to come to these forums and ask questions like that, so i guess this could help to keep out future clutter. just my 2 cents

oh yeah, what about a media section? for pictures, video, porn, ect.
