new motor not running
put new motor in and cant seem to get it to run, dont know alot about 1989 rx-7, need help bad

How about give us some more info...
swapped to/from which engine (yr) ECU compatibility, grounding, etc.

thanks for answering my post
the motor came out of a 90 and has been put into a 89, i found out that i had the plug wires wrong now it is running but has check engine lite on all the time is that going to hurt it ecu is 351 on both cars

Now as to ck engine lights...that maybe due to 20,000mile switch.
