Will start and drive. sad part is im in Des Moines,Iowa. will deliver if price is right(to reasonable area of travel,say 3hours one way tops). i just want a piston engine car,lol. looking for a 1st gen CRX Si 5 speed 86-87'ish,lol. but really anything(to a point,lol). long as it has a piston engine in it
