opntop Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2013 Posts: 1	relays chattering in engine bay wont start need help, when hooked to battery starter or just to a charged battery engine rotates but will not start and all the relays in engine compartment chatter...what could be causing this, I even hooked another ground strap thinking maybe a ground had come lose, but nope. Any help would be awesome thanks
