Okay let's start here.

1. NA injectors are 460cc & Turbo II injectors are 550 so yes the are upgrades. You will need to increase the fuel to achieve power levels near your goal.

2. I would suggest doing the ECU & fuel upgrades at the same time.

3. Looking for a "CAI" well click the link. http://www.corksport.com/86-91-rx7/f...haust-systems/

so I should hold off on my fuel mods untile I do my ecu and when I do I should go with turbo injecters. and would a turbo fuel pump be good enough and hook up the same as the na pump.

I would wait honestly. Well as for pumps why not just get a drop in Walboro 255lph or the new Aeromotive 340lph?
Yeah the Walbro can be found a lower cost & will work fine, but for the money the new Aeromotive Stealth is a damn good pump & will give plenty of room for big power later builds. The Stealth flows 30% more fuel then the Walbro 255 & more then the Bosch 44. The reason why I didn't include the Bosch is because they are generally used as an in line not in tank pump.

Walbro:http://www.injectedperformance.com/brand/walbro.html

Aeromotive:

BTW the Toyota Supra TT OEM pumps & Mazda Cosmo TT OEM pumps can be used as upgrades. Supra = 260lph @ 12v & Cosmo = 250lph @ 12v

Okay I called Walbro about the fuel pump and they said that there universal high pressure gss341 should work and I forget what install kit they said would work.and since I'm putting hardend stationary gears and racing bearings in can I rev the engine higher safely.

They will endure the stress of higher revving applications, so yes. The Walbro pump is decent pump for the price.

To my understanding the hardened gear & race bearings have been proven to over 10k, but there is no need to go that high if you are not making power in that range. Getting the car on a dyno to find where your power is will help you decide where to rev.
