what rarely turns on.... the fuel pump?

common rx7 problem:

I dont know how you came to the conclusion that the injectors arent doing there job..... BUT I would highly recommend checking your AFM(hooked to the bottom of the air filter box) if it goes bad the car will start for a quick second than immediately stall, it cuts off the fuel pump when it doesnt sense airflow...

You can also locate a yellow connector in the engine compartment by the passenger's side and close to the pressure sensor. You can jump it and see if the fuel pump comes on. Good luck!
