Help With Price

Hello all,

My name is Jacob and I am the Neighbor to a gentleman that owns an '87 RX-7 that he would like to sell. I need help determining what the car is worth. I did a brief search on Autotrader and KBB but couldn't really nail down what his might be worth when compared to others out there. I am going to help him take pictures this Saturday, so I will upload them then. We are located in Richardson, TX which is a suburb of Dallas.

Here is what I know for now:

He bought it for his wife new off the lot in 87
She drove it entirely
no wrecks
no salt or snow (dallas, TX)
Always garaged and still is (not dd)
non-turbo
automatic
sun roof
blue color ext/int
80k miles (original)
new tires
8/10 paint
8/10 interior
no mechanical issues that i know of yet. Will know more this Saturday when we clean it up and take pictures and I hear it run.

Any help in coming up with a fair price is appreciated.
