Default 2nd gen convertible 5.0 ford swap.
Hello everyone , im building a 88 convertible with a 5.0 t5 tranny.
when i slid in the motor and tranny today it was a little tight around the bell housing, the cross member was to high up. i dont have a problem cutting and modifying the cross member but thought it would be wise to hear other opinions and if theres a trick around it. i decided to fab up the tranny mount as well as the engine mounts. any help would be great.
