Well honestly we could be here for hours, so any specific questions would be nice. Look at our FAQ section to get some ideas. Options are endless as long as your money is right. You can look to porting as a way to make power, adding a turbo to your 13B NA / 6 port, motor swapping (other rotary or piston) & there is always nitrous. Cost can not really be discussed at this point. Prices can vary depending on brand & location.
Look at both the FAQ section at the top here under 2nd gens & the under General information.

20B 3 rotors are common swaps. Not cheap, but vary doable. With that said a 13BT 2 rotor will support more then enough power to keep things interesting. Deciding what the car will be used for should be the first step along with knowing your budget. Around 350hp is a good level in a street RX7 & fairly easy to reach.
Here's a start to a fun driveable car, but there are other ways of getting there:
13BT with a small port job
BNR upgraded stock turbo
Front mount IC
Some sort of engine management
Some fuel system mods
After market clutch to hold the added power

NA turbo can be done without spending a fortune. Get the associated turbo parts (BOV, Wastegate, ect), manifold, turbo, intercooler, fuel sys upgrades & engine management.

I'd look into 13BT swap (injector, mild street port, TB port, proper intake) with EMS.
