body kit lights?

im thinking of getting a duraflex c-2 body kit for my 93 rx7 but i dont know where i can get the lights for the front bumper or how much they cost

i found some and they look awsom 170 including shipping for the pair but they do not have dot number.. any ideas how i can put some on..
