Default Pull the trigger??
Hey everyone. Im looking into buying an 88 N/A RX7, bone stock other then the motor was replaced with a 30k one. Theres a couple issues I would like some tips on. The biggest one is theres a coolant leak between the housing and water pump housing (not sure if thats the correct term) right under the altenator. Is this a simple gasket issue or something bigger? Its just kinda slowing bubbling out when its running. The engine bay has a slight smell of coolant. The temp gauge doesnt work and the idiot lights are randomly coming on and off, has other little electric related problems, but the coolant issue is my biggest concern. It also doesnt have a solid smooth idle, but its not horrible, just noticable. Seems to run good/drive good. Been looking into an RX7 for years, but finally maying pulling a trigger on one and I dont want a project right off the bat. Any advice would be appreciated.
