It's from a 1998 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am LS1 Engine & T-56 6-Speed Transmission (151K) along with all the accessories, wiring harness, computer, flywheel and clutch kit, exhaust manifold, etc.

The engine and transmission run smooth. I do have a short video of the engine starting, running, and revving a bit (the pic is from a screen shot from the YouTube video; it's titled - LS1 ENGINE & T-56 6-SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION COMBO FOR ONLY $3,500 OBO!
