Help 89 power window issue!!!!!

i was driving this morning and i went to roll down my window. when i went to roll it back up it cam up maybe 4 inches and stopped. it will go back down but will only go back up 4 inches.... can anyone help me????

Possibly window regulator & motor going bad.

try grabing the top off the window and wigling it as it goes up they need to be lined up really well with the track when they go up
