should i have more horse power with these mods?????

ok these are the mods on my car. i have a large greddy intercooler. aftermarket downpipe,midpipe, and catback and an apexi ecu with commander. i am only doing 265 horse to the rear wheels. but it has never been tuned properly because the manual to the apexi ecu was not left in my car when it was installed and that place is out of business. car smells like gas alot when it idols and sometimes fluds out. kind of falls on its face when it takes off like its getting to much gas. car is hitting about 17 pounds of boost. this car is an automatic. should it be doing more than 260 with these upgrades and how can i tune it. does anyone have a manual they can fax me. i would pay for it
