But on the first pic that black piece is connected to some plug..? And the second pic is a neutral sensor? I have a manual so it that why it ain't plugged in?

Can anyone tell me what these are and what is it connected to. I notice this on installation of tranny after clutch job. Also what is the torque spec for the tranny bolt to engine?...
