power steering problem
 

just changed my manual rack to powersteering. when we tryed to bleed it , it still feels like manual steering. I got new pressure lines and the return line is used, the pump is used but it seems to be working. what would the problem be. any help would be great. thanks

The PS rack is speed sensitive. The box is not seeing a signal to adjust it to speed so it defaults to no pressure.
