is their a trans cross member i could use for an auto trans swap to manual
 

sup guys im doing a trans swap on my fc but my fc is auto... ive been told that the cross member wont bolt right up to my new manual trans... any ideas?

Did your manual transmission not come with a crossmember?

If not, then start a WTB (wanted to buy) thread on rx7club.com.

You are going to need to swap the counter weight as well.

my manual trans has the cross member but people tell me that it wont bolt right up because the auto trans is longer.... there for i might need to make my own bracket....

That makes no sense, the mounts on the car are in the same place for an auto and a manual trans car. If the manual transmission you have has the cross member attached then it should bolt right up.
