Starting up a new project....
 

I am a newbie on this website and am trying to start up a new project for 12A turbo RX7. I have most of the parts to start; however, I'm building the car from the ground up so I'd like to research what's involved. Just want some general knowledge of the engine (how it's put together) and a blueprint of a turbo wire harness. Perhaps someone may know some InterNet resources or DIY books I can purchase. Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

Are you starting with a factory Japanese turbo 12A or are you trying to add a turbo to a US spec Non-turbo 12A? Were you going Fuel Injected or staying Carb'ed, this will affect the wiring harness? Try putting 12A turbo in Google & you will find a few sites that may help. There are no books specific to what you are attempting, but there are a few books on Rotary engines in general. (Street Rotary, RX7 performance Handbook, RX7 Rotary Sports Car & How to Modify you RX7 (out of print).
