ceramic apex seals
 

Okay I might be interested in dishing out some money for some ceramic apex seals but I need to know a few things. First off 1 piece 2mm ceramic apex seals do I need to clearance them for my running clearance or do they come the right size because they don't expand with heat and would this make them okay for use in a car that is still going to be driven on the street. Is there any where I can get them for under a 1000 dollars.

cos I looked on Mazdatrix and they cost like 1800bucks for all 6. and pineappleracing has 2mm 2peace ceramic seals for like 570 per rotor. but there not in stock.

I called pineapple raceing and they sead the resone they cost 500 for three seals is because they are runoffs I think he called them and they didnt cure just right and they come out a slightly differnt shade of color then the rests but there 100% as good as the rest he said. I dont know does this sound ligit or should I not trust these seals.
