E-FD3S Twin Turbo?
 

Hey everyone ! I am sure I will get laughed at for this question but here it goes. I have tried using your search engine but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Are all E-FD3S engines twin turbo? I am looking at two vehicles here in Japan.

A 92 Type are and a 95 Mazda RX7 R bathurst. It doesnt say on the add that these are turbo? I asked but they do not know? From my research on the net it looks like all E-FD3S engines come with sequencial intercooled twin turbos. Is this correct? Please educate me asap!!!

Yes all 3rd Gen / FD3S Rx7's are twin turbo from the factory, sporting the 13B-REW engine. So if the ones are looking at only have one turbo, they have been modified & changed to a single set up.
