1988 conv
 

OK so i am new to the forum and i have owned a few X's but i just picked up a 1988 conv with 5spd that has been sitting for 6 years. from what i was told it was a running fire breathing dragon before they parked it.

So i need some help to get it restarted after it has had such a long sleep. I checked all fluids all are in excellent condition and i only paid $400.00 for the car.



So please advise

What I would do is to change all fluids & gear oil. Have you started, yet? If not I wouldn't until I change fluids & purge fuel completely. Gas should be like turpentine by now. Congrats on your finds and welcome to RX-7 Forums!
