Newbie... Possible locked up engine????
 

Just got my first car a 1983 GSL for what i think is a steal... 300 dollars includes both glass and metal sunroof and body in pretty straight body...

anyways they said it just doesnt run i know the starter is no good but i can absolutley not get it to turn over with a wrench at all i even put it in reverse and tried pullin it with my truck to get it to turn over.....


any ideas i need to get it fixed before the wife pulls out the " I told you so" lol
