Questions about 90 n/a to 13bt swap

So I have a 90 gxl and im planning on getting a 13bt swap off eBay.
I checked the FAQ a d the two links didn't work so I have a few questions.

The swap contains: engine, ecu, & trany

what other parts would I need besides exaust. I believe I read before that I would need a throttle cable and use the n/a trany till I got a matching turbo rear end.
