Yeah, that'll help with back pressure. Besides, not having an exhaust seem to attract law enforcement.

Yep...they will hear ya from miles away!! Best bet 89..is to get a good used one or a new one that can add a little more performance to your car!

i just orderd the complete hi perf racing beat exhaust i hope that helps cuz the other nite i got raped by a gti vr6 and i need pay bak...also which would be a better perf upgrade headers or a blitz bov

if you have a turbo you need not worry about back pressure.

could my exhaust problems cause my turbo to stop boosting...cus my boost guage doesnt read any boost when i hit 4-7rpms so can some1 fill me in on this...first rx7 and turbo confused

AusTexRex 07-14-2004 02:23 AM

The system flows a little too freely without a downpipe. So you loose some pressure, but not a lot.

so basically its due to my downpipe/like i can feel mad pull but the guage doesnt read and boost so idk if its teh guage or the turbo...idk all i no is in like a week ill have a new exhaust sustem so ill see what happens and then after that im gettin a tune up so hopefully it works out for me thanks
