Having boost issue! (Im new-ish to the turbo world)
 

I'm having what I perceive to be a weird problem with my RX7. It's twin turbo 5 speed, anyways whenever I start my car up after it already being up to operating temperature i lose all boost, I can watch my boost gauge and as soon as it starts to pull boost it lurches forward and doesn't want to accelerate at all. When it's cooled off i get all the boost I want and even whenever i drive it no matter how long i drive i still get full boost but after i shut it off and turn it back on i get this problem!! I need help....by the way it's completely stock besides a blitz BOV.
