[Troubleshooting] - Headlights come on, no interior lights
 

I have a strange situation maybe someone can help out with.

My headlights are up and will not close, but I can turn them on and off.

No other electrical works though and the car will not start. No clicks, nothing, just as if the battery was dead. The car was working fine, it got cold so I needed a jump start and it cranked a few times from being completely dead and now nothing. I replaced the battery, terminal cables, checked the fuses, etc.

Does anyone know if there are any more fuses to look for maybe under the hood perhaps?

Or anything else I should check for?
