WANTED: OEM 3 Piece 2mm Apex Seals
 

Hey guys,

Trying to track down some of thse seals. I have a bunch of mates that are after them aswell so the more sets i can get my hands on the better! They are proving very difficult to find - can anybody help me out? Does anybody have some new ones lying around or tell me who to contact to get some?

Talk to Atkins and they make 2mm seals.

yeah tried them a while ago but they only have 2 pieces ones....

:/ I also asked Scalliwag and he said Mazda may carry it.

mazda dealers sale them. They are the stock seals. You can try any mazda dealer you want, or you can try mazdatrix.com.

The problem is that they are old stock - they have since been replaced with the newer 2 piece seals and all the dealers i have contacted only sell the new ones.... :(

Asked Atkins about 2mm seals and they make them!

Hes right, I havent stock seals in so long that I didnt notice. They dont make the 3 piece anymore.

I contacted Atkins a fair while ago asking about 3 piece 2mm seals and they said they dont have them. Looking over their web site they only have 2 piece ones listed also.... :(

This was their reply to my enquiry:

"Sorry we do not, Mazda quit making those seals over a year ago and now are only making the 2pc seal."

I talked to Kathy Atkins and she said they make 2mm seals...hmmmm.

Sorry, there must be some confusion here. I know they make the 2mm seals, but only in 2 piece. I am after 2mm seals in 3 piece (as the thread title suggests) - which are no longer made by Mazda or anybody else that i can find. This is the issue....
