:D coming home from from the import invasion a g35 coupe was driving past me so i get next to him he looks over and smirks like he has something, i ask if he wants to run it he says yea so we hit a red...we start reving our engines light turns green in first i had a car and then second i had atleast 2 cars if not more and then thrd i had another car and then we shut down at 80 is that possible or did the guy just not no how to drive

But they're not that slow, they have soemthing lie 230hp, next year thats up 20hp. But nice one nevertheless :D

Their motor is fine, all the luxury slows the car down. A guy in my neighborhood stripped the beautiful thing down, I believe he is supercharging it right now. I'll get back to you all with everything he has done and is doing, all I know right now is that I've seen him drop our other neighbor's Viper off the line.

I raced a Viper in my FD right before it caught on fire. We went from 50mph on the highway, end of 4th gear i had about 5 cars on him. Vipers are over-rated as well. I had bolt ons on my Fd, along with a ported motor.

Your FD was marvelized though, bolt-on hardly describes that beautiful yet very depressing car

I agree with you about Vipers...Just like overrated Ferrari 308's...whatta dog.

yeah but i'd take a 308 over a rex anyday, nothing like having a ferrari. I plan on owning one before i die.

haha was just talking to my friend about how over rated vipers are, they weigh a ton, and there quarter mile isn't that impressive. Although i think the new viper improved its quatermile by a second or so? Am i right?

EDIT : The 97 GTS 1/4 mile was 12.2 The 2004 RT-10 is 11.6 i think.

Whats not impressive about a 12.2 stock? And now a 11.6 stock? Pretty impressive to me. A lot of cars run race gas, advance timing, and need to run 20+ psi to get times that low.

no, im not saying that isn't impressive, dont get me wrong thats fast. But for the 100,000$ price tag, you could spend that on an rx-7 and get faster then that. Get some huge ass turbos. :P

I remember as a kid seeing them and oohing and awwwing, now i see one like everyday, i dont even pay attention to them anymore :\ Thats my view on them though. RX-7s look better in my view as well :D

Winnipeg, haha. I was being sarcastic when i said everyday, but they aren't that rare here, maybe its the "sunday night cruise" You see everything then. I see them drive around lots though, and im not joking.

theres this like 35 year old guy down here with a supercharger rt-10. i got some vids of him beating r1's and other bikes. its sick. he said his best run was a 10.1 on radials.

Doesn't surprise me, i dont see why more people dont supercharge their vipers, unless they're all show.... My friends civic is supercharged, and it used to have nos, it was a 10 second car. Now that was fun to drive around in.
