83 rx7 no spark

I just replaced the leading coil because there was no spark to it. After replacing it i still get no electricity to the leading coil. I get it to the trailing and iv cleaned the ground to engine block and the one on the shock tower. Im wondering what else there is to check to get power to the coil. Everything else works for power. Other coil. Flip up lights. Turns over fine. All help appreciated thank you

May be the plug to the right and above of the ECU is not properly mated.
