Have a 91 convertible that I bought new. In the last few years It has not been driven much and spends most of the time in my garage. It has 90,000 miles and I have never had any problems with the car but now with long periods of not being driven things are starting to happen. I now have a flashing seat belt light that will not go off. The warning buzzer stops when the belt is fastened but the light continues to flash. When I try to go to high beam on the head lights they flash on but switch back to low beam. If I pull the light switch back and hold it, the high beam flashes in unison with the flashing seat belt warning. All other lights and warning signals etc are working properly. A local mechanic told me the light switch is broken. Since both of these problems occurred at the same time, I doubt it. I need someone to fix it or buy it. I live in Eastern North Carolina. Thanks for any help you can give me
