BBS center cap

had new tires installed about a month ago, but probably haven't driven the car 100 miles since. took it out today to wash it and noticed one of my center caps missing. since it's been a month or so, the shop probably won't do anything about it. i know they were all on when it left the tire shop.
anybody have an extra BBS center cap laying around? tell me how much shipped to 64133.
