dash lights

I was installing some gauges on my white 88 rx7 to day and hooked up the battery and noticed my dash lights and markerlights were not working and I was thinking it could be because somthing like the engine wiring harness isnt hooked up or somthing like that cos I have a lot of stuff that isnt on the car theres no engine , transmission, ps ,ac ,coil packs , brake master cylender or booster, aas cpu behind the right tail light,washer fluid tanks and so on.

Also my power windows wount work so its my dash lights marker lights and windows that wount work and I got the engine in and harness hooked up so its not that. I have no idea so any idea I have no ac and would like my windows to be able to go down
