87 no power to plugs

i just bought an 87 rx-7 knowing it didnt start and im at the point to where im lost on what to do. everything gets proper power the coils packs are getting power but are putting none out to the plugs i have backups of each coil and igniter and none of them do anything differant can anyone help??

Are the plugs in the right spots?

Just remember blue me sky so those are the top, While black is the bottom like ground. Yeah found that out the hard way a few years back.
