Well like it say's I think my motor is no more it won't start an I had a little puddle of oil under the car, when I pulled the plugs the front rotor plugs looked good a little dirty but good the back was covered with fuel an oil but it still got compression just won't turn over. It tries but wont start or does for about ten secs :mad::mad::mad: I just don't know what to do, should I rip it open an check it or what? Guess it's time to find a 3 rotor twin turbo :D

Oh so a little more info I was driving hit around 4000rpms and the motor chugged an wouldn't build any boost past 5psi.

How did you check your compression? Did you have a rotary compression tool, use a piston type compression tool or did you pull out the plugs, and crank the engine over? (with the starter mtor not by hand) You should hear 6 nice strong even pulses. If they do not sound strong or even then there is some form of abnormal or uneven wear inside the engine.

BTW 20b's can be found for decent prices now, but parts for them are in no way as cheap as for the 13b's. Well good luck hope you didn't pop anything. After checking for good compression, if it turns out to be fine. You will need to check to make sure you are getting spark & fuel. I would change those plugs while you are there. Also check your fuses including the main fuse.

You know I forgot to ask is your car smoking? Possibly side seal & oil seal failure on the rear rotor. Have you tried new plugs after de-flooding?

Crack open the keg & rebuild if the oil seals are gone.

Nope not that I have ever heard. By changing the shape of the ports you can alter port timing & adjust the CAS.

Can't bore a rotary, but you can have a company like Goopy Performance refurbish your housing if the the plating is flaking or gone. On another note if you pull the motor apart instead of finding a replacement, this would be the time to to consider any porting or any internal upgrades.
