This is typical of Rx-7's in general, you must let the car fully heat up between uses otherwise the car will typically flood itself when you shut it off. One way to avoid this is to use a kill switch on the fuel pump. You will have to manually unflood the engine.

I owned the car for many years, this is the first year that floods the engine everytime i use it even if I drive it for an hour when I turn the engine off it floods right away. Any other thoughts? Thanks guys.

When was the last time you had your injectors cleaned? And also injector 0 ring?

After installing a kill switch, how do you manually unflood the engine?

you crank the car so the motor burns out the excess fuel, then turn the switch on and it should start
